Dr. Peake
Dr. Peake has been in the full time ministry for 21 years and a senior pastor for over ten years. He has a BA in Bible/Theology from Manhattan Christian College, an MA from FriendsUniversity and a Doctorate of Ministry from Northwest Graduate School of the Ministry (now known as Bakke Graduate University). Dr. Peake’s responsibilities include:
- Providing key educational and extensive knowledge for curriculum development
- Editing and endorsing curriculum. Oversee and assist in the final exam for facilitator training and continuing education

Rebecca Evans
Rebecca Evans is a motivational speaker, author and empowerment coach. She founded Inner Element as a way to combine her experiences as a woman in the military, mom and world class athlete into an organization that provides effective life breakthrough strategies. Her core philosophy, “fitness from the inside out” resounds for men and women of all ages. As a frequent columnist, radio show host and frequent television guest, she shares her empowerment techniques with thousands of individuals weekly. Her accomplishments as a business woman have landed her as Idaho Business Review’s “Idaho Women of the Year” honors, the National Association of Women Business Owners Business Women of the Year honors, and Boise State University's “Women Making History in Idaho”. She is a former Girls on the Run program director, Mrs. Idaho International 2004 and a decorated Gulf War veteran. She is the author of The Art of Self Discovery, Inner Fitness for Celebrating Your Life, Inner Fitness for Girls and Inner Fitness for Empowerment and lives in Idaho with her husband and three children.

Lorene Oates
Lorene Oates is an author, empowerment coach, events director and brings over 23 years of marketing and public relations to special events. She has been an intergral part in the development and success of the St. Luke's Women's Fitness Celebration, now the largest walk/run event for women nation-wide. She teaches community courses as an empowerment outreach to help women and girls change the course of their lives.
As a coach, mentor and role-model, she is on the forefront of helping others take "the first step". In 2008, Lorene was named as an Idaho Business Woman of the Year by the Idaho Business Review. She also received the 2002 U.S. Small Business Administration Idaho Women in Business Co-Advocate of the Year Award for her work with the Women's Business Center. Fitness by Faith groups meet once a month in an on-going transformational program. The focus is on creating change through a personal faith and relationship with God the development of increased self-worth, and life-goal clarity.
